Secretary
Position Available - Accepting Applications
Responsible for recording and maintaining meeting minutes for Board Meetings; monitoring player and league applications; managing the league email inbox; preparing and maintaining team rosters in TeamSnap; assisting with league and team communications and announcements; and supporting the setup and monitoring of league fundraisers.
Vice President
Lauren Wojcieszack
Assist in League related responsibilities, act as President in the absence of the President, and tracking of volunteer requirements/status.
Treasurer
Bridge Financial
Record all fund movement with league accounts, and offer up to date report to league.
Coaching/player Agent
Max Finkelstein
To oversee all coaches participating within the league, and all player-involved issues and/or concerns.
Equipment Safety Manager
Amber Monachino
To inventory and monitor all equipment utilized by the league for safe function. Reporting replacement, repair and purchase to the President when needed.
Operations Director
James Young
To oversee Game Day operations, including but not limited to, parking lot procedures, opening/closing of Concession Stand, hanging Field and Breezeway Banners, overseeing scoreboard/keyboard equipment, maintaining inventory on Concession Stand food & supplies, and submitting weekly Concession stand checklist to Martin County Parks.

Position includes receiving all suggestion and concerns from registered player parents to communicate with the board during scheduled meetings to continue to work towards a more League operation enhancing Player experiences overall while playing baseball.
