Important Dates:

• Coach & Team Parent Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th at 6pm (Boys & Girls Club next to Wojo Playground).

• Mandatory Parent Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 8th at 5:30pm (Wojo Park). 

• Evaluations are scheduled for Saturday, August 8th at 6pm (Wojo Park) for 8U & up.

• Rosters will be released on TeamSnap (including practice information) by Saturday, August 17th. 

• Practices begin Monday, August 24th at Wojo Park. 

• Opening Ceremony will take place Saturday, September 12th (schedule & times TBA in TeamSnap) at Wojo Park.

• Games will begin Saturday, September 19th (schedule & times TBA in TeamSnap). 

• Closing Ceremony/Showdown Game will take place Saturday, November 21st (schedule & times TBA in TeamSnap) at Wojo Park.

"Playing-Up":
Players that are "Playing-Up" to an older division, please register within your desired division and select "Yes" for the registration question of "Is player "Playing-Up" at evaluations?". If the Coaches approve the "Play-Up", your Player will be allowed to play for the desired older division. If your player is rejected during evaluations as a "Play-Up", they will be required to move to their designated division based off their age, and either an invoice or refund will be processed accordingly if there is a difference in registration costs.

Practices:

All Practices occur between Monday and Thursday nights no earlier than 6pm. T-Ball Division practice 1x a week and all other divisions practice 2x a week. The schedule cannot be determined until registrations and evaluations are completed on 8/8/26.

Games:

• 7 to 10-Game season, with usually one game a week occurring on one of the following Friday Night, Saturday Morning or Saturday Late Afternoon.

• Travel is required to approximately three games varying 20-50 minutes away.

• Any rained out games that occur we will make all efforts to reschedule and make up before end of season.  

• Parents are responsible for the transportation of player for all games.

• Games schedules will be created once we have completed rosters pending completion of registrations. 

 

Prepared To Play:

All Players will need:

• Glove

• Batting Helmet

• Cleats

• Bat**

• Baseball Pants - Game pant color information will be released two weeks before Opening Day

• Baseball Cap (provided by League)

• Belt (provided by League)

• Jersey (provided by League)
