I agree to utilize and monitor communication apps such as "Team Snap" to be aware of and informed of all League events and information pertaining to the Season.(Required)

I am aware and will utilize the documents available for download at www.MCyouthBB.com pertaining to "Code of Conduct”, “Concussion Policy", "Lightening Protocol", "Sun / Hydration Policy", "Third-party Accidental Insurance option" as well as the Babe Ruth Rules / League Constitution and By-Laws.(Required)

I agree to participate in Game Day preparations and clean up at each game. Any and all Mandatory concession and or game preparation or clean up assigned I understand that this is my obligation to assist in and perform to support the league and its ability to offer baseball to my player. If I am not able to assist when assigned I understand that it is my obligation to secure a substitute.(Required)

I understand the value of being present during games and practices to support my player, the team and coaches.(Required)

I agree to travel up to 50 minutes to take part in games throughout the season.(Required)

I understand that practice schedules are created based on volunteer coaches’ availability and will start at 6pm or after 1-2 nights a week Monday - Thursday.(Required)

I am aware that if any portion of the league issue uniform is lost, misplaced or damaged it is my responsibility to replace this item at my expense.(Required)

I agree to participate in Game-related volunteer participation such as but not limited to - Scorebook management, Scoreboard operations, Sponsorship Banner Displays and any other areas that maybe needed to ensure the experience is a positive and fun experience for players.(Required)

I understand the importance of volunteering and fundraising and will participate in both supporting the league, players and events.(Required)

Rain-out and Field use decisions will be made one hour prior to a scheduled event, this information will be shared utilizing the league agreed upon communication APP and social media.(Required)

I consent to the use of photography and the utilization of any images that include my player and or family for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of social media / website.(Required)

I understand that participation for concession and game day set up and cleanup is essential for League operation, therefore without partaking in these areas can result in a coach and or league ability to postpone or forfeit a game due to lack of parent participation.(Required)
